For the later half of the animation, I used staging to put the white ball and black eight ball in the same frame. I used anticipation and squash and stretch to build suspense when the white ball is getting ready to roll. I exaggerated the squishing and jumping of the black eight ball to make it seem a lot softer than the other balls. I deliberately chose to make the other balls not squish as much. I also wanted to give the black ball a little personality at the end with the way it turns around and looks back at the camera.
